이 약관은 SulfurSpace가 제공하는 RUNBURST(이하 "게임")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
게임은 처음 실행할 때 게스트 계정을 만듭니다. 게스트 계정은 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 복구할 수 없습니다. 구글 계정을 연동하면 다른 기기에서도 같은 진행을 이어갈 수 있습니다.
게임 안의 재화와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓰는 이용권이며 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다. 운영을 위해 수치나 구성을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
인앱 결제는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며 환불은 Google Play 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다. 환불된 구매로 받은 혜택은 회수될 수 있습니다.
부정 프로그램 사용, 버그 악용, 서버 공격, 결제 부정, 다른 이용자 계정 도용을 금지합니다. 위반이 확인되면 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
게임 내용은 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 미리 알립니다.
천재지변, 통신 장애 등 SulfurSpace가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에는 책임지지 않습니다. 단, 법령상 책임을 줄일 수 없는 경우는 예외입니다.
These terms apply to RUNBURST (the "Game") provided by SulfurSpace. By installing or using the Game you agree to these terms.
The Game creates a guest account on first launch. A guest account cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app or change devices. Linking a Google account lets you continue on other devices.
In-game currency and items are a license to use within the Game only. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. We may change values or contents to operate the Game.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law. Benefits from refunded purchases may be revoked.
Cheating tools, exploiting bugs, attacking our servers, payment fraud, and using others' accounts are prohibited. We may restrict or delete accounts that violate these rules.
The Game may change or be discontinued. We will give notice before ending the service.
We are not liable for damages caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or network failures, except where the law does not allow such limits.
